Assistant to the Bishop for Senior Adult Ministries, Deacon Dr. Cecelia Travick Jackson to join us for worship and conversation on November 27th.
Join us as we discuss our growing need for senior care ministries. Deacon Dr. Cecelia Travick Jackson will give a temple talk during our 10 AM worship and then join us for a forum discussion in the sanctuary following worship.

Deacon Dr. Cecelia Travick Jackson is Assistant to the Bishop for Senior Adult Ministries. Dr. Travick Jackson was ordained as a Minister of Word and Service in December 2021 and is serving Mt. Cross in Camarillo. Before being ordained, Dr. Travick Jackson was an Associate Professor of Education at California Lutheran University. She has travelled extensively throughout the world and lived from coast to coast in the US.

Dr. Travick Jackson came to love and nurture seniors as a young child and this passion for visitation and care continued throughout her life. She was the primary caregiver for her mother as she lived with blindness and amputation and later for her husband.
