Here’s a great way you can make a difference. Lutheran World Relief Mission Quilts is once again collecting NEW quilts to donate to recipients around the world. Read the flyer for specific details on the size they must be as well as what symbols/colors to avoid. Quilts can be dropped off at our Hill Avenue Grace Lutheran Church office up until Saturday, October 17th since they need to be packed in a specific way for shipping. Lutheran Social Services will have a truck on site at our church for the local churches to drop off their quilts on Wednesday, October 21st from 10AM to Noon. If you can’t make or purchase a quilt to donate, they can also use monetary donations to pay for the shipping costs of sending the quilts all over the world.
